No! You are welcome to come in to browse the PROM dresses during 10 - 6 pm daily.

Are all PROM dresses at Occasions by Parsindex in stock and ready to take home on the day of purchase?

A：

Many of the dresses are available to take home the same day and our stock is constantly being refreshed during the busy prom season. Make sure to shop early for our "same school guarantee". We do not sell the same prom dress to anyone in your school once you purchase your dress.

Q:

What if I purchased a PROM dress and changed my mind? Can I return my dress?

A:

All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Due to our "same school guarantee" - Occasions by Parsindex won't sell your prom dress to anyone else attending your school's prom. It would be unfair to exchange your dress, as others from your school may have wanted to purchase it and we were not able to sell to them. Please be sure it's the one before you buy!

If I purchase a PROM dress is someone from my school able to buy it too?

A:

No. Because we have a "same school guarantee" when you purchase your dress, we ensure no one from your school can order the same dress.

Is Occasions by Parsindex open year-around?

A:

Yes! If you are looking for a pageant dress or special event dress, we are open during all seasons. Stop by and take a look.

How much does a PROM dress cost?

A:

As you browse the website, you are able to view the cost of each dress (excluding sales tax). If you are wishing to have the dress shipped to you within the US, we will ship to you for an additional charge as noted when you purchase the dress.

Does Occasions by Parsindex rent dresses?

A:

No. We do not rent dresses.

Q:

Are alterations included in the cost of my dress?

A:

Occasions by Parsindex does not include the cost of alterations in any of the dresses.
